For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

Standard Planet Friendly Shipping: $0
Available on all orders under $1,000. Please allow 3-5 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

Express Shipping with signature on delivery: $0 
Available on all orders above $1,000. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your items. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

Next-day delivery: $22 (Complimentary on orders above $3,300)
Orders placed  Monday through Friday before 3:00PM EST will be delivered the following day. Orders placed on Saturday before 1:00PM EST will be delivered on Monday.

Sunday and holiday delivery are not available.  

Please note that all orders above $1,000 require a signature.

More Information on Complimentary Shipping:

Sales tax & engraving fees do not count toward the total amount.

Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. website for domestic delivery.

  

What products are eligible for returns?

Products are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with the sales receipt. Exclusions apply, please note:

Merchandise under $50,000 will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Merchandise $51,000 or more will be eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for purchases above $51,000.

Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund. Including jewelry boxes and pouches.

Personalized, altered, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds and exchanges are only eligible within the original country of purchase.

Certain limited edition and collaboration merchandise may be ineligible for a refund.

 

How do I return an online purchase?

Icyrox Diamonds offers complimentary shipping for eligible returns, you may do so through any of the following:

Simply visit this page print a return label. Complete and enclose the return slip in your package and drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Additionally, you may also schedule an at-home pickup.

What will my refund look like?

For online/phone purchases: Credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply. Gift recipients are only entitled to an exchange or non-refundable merchandise credit redeemable only on www.icyrox.com with the assistance of one of  our client care specialist.
